ABOUT C LYMAN FITNESS

Making Fitness Fun

A small business LLC company owned by Christian Lyman, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach. 


Christian attended the University of Mary Washington and was a member of the Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams, and a former decathlete. On his own time, Christian lifts weights, goes on runs, and plays basketball. He likes to train like an athlete but also enjoys training for aesthetics as well. Whether you are someone trying to improve your fitness in your sport, or just someone looking to generally improve your health and fitness, Christian is more than willing to help you out!

I provide professional, certified fitness training programs designed to help clients of a wide range of abilities and backgrounds obtain their health and fitness goals.

Strength Training

Feel stronger + more efficient

Whether it's learning how to do your first push-up or attempting to bench press 225 lbs, I am here to help. From these sessions, you will learn how to perform these exercises with proper form as well as have the assistance of a spotter and motivator!

Cardio Fitness

Feel Good, Look Good

Health and fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also about how you feel about it on the inside. It will be hard work, but you will feel good. Depending on what your preferences are, I provide high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low intensity steady state (LISS) training programs as there are benefits from both, including weight loss and improved cardiovascular health.

The unique program I’ve developed will help people improve athletic-specific skills, whether you want to get your vertical up, get faster on the field or court, or just improve your general athleticism, I am here to help.


NOTE: Powerlifting classes (power cleans, jerks, snatches, etc.) are reserved for those who are 18+ or who have finished developing physically.

This program is all about building muscle tone & definition and helping you achieve any aesthetic-related goals that you may have. While watching your diet is important, it is also important that you train with the right amount of intensity, do the right amount of exercises, and the correct amount of sets and reps.
